I flew in from Phoenix Arizona just to purchase a used car for my wife. From Art and Jose and Kay the people i dealt with were TOP NOTCH! He is and was extremely informative, very straight forward and professional; an "Awesome link in the Nissan (Redlands)chain" He dealt with me and I felt his desire to help me get the car I really wanted all the while making sure I had what I needed to make an educated choice on the vehicle I purchased. No pressure at all. I loved how he knows his business so well that when he gave me my check list (items to bring in); he included everything! No, calling back multiple times to add on th the list. The 5 items he asked me for was truly all he needed to completely process my application. I didn't have to be there 3 & 4 hours. Oh my goodness... (I think that was the greatest improvement in car sales to date)!Don't know if it's like that everywhere but...I'm glad Metro Nissan Redlands is! I also have to give Finance a very BIG "Thumbs up"!
