These days I never new sales people do a switch and bait. This dealer and sales people are not trustworthy. Do not drive there and go to other dealer ship. The manager TOM LEVIN does not care about customer and the situation of wrong doing by the sales person. They will offer one price and later they will say that sales person make an mistake. Seems all sales person makes the same mistake all the time. This is very typical. Go to volume dealership where they will sell you with honest. This dealer is out in Redland and seems to attract customers always offer lower price over the phone to make sure you come to the dealer ship. Their internet sales department is the worst. Do not trust what they say and their advertisement. The list 10 cars for $9,999 and use radio station to attract customer, but this is fake. The out the price is over $13000. Do not waste time and go out there. More

The people were nice, Steve was busy with another customer, so Todd helped us, he was very nice and knowledgeable. They only had black in stock and i did NOT want a black car with light interior, so they searched around and found me the color i wanted. i was very pleased with the service i received at Metro Nissan. when i am in the market for another vehicle i will definitely return to Metro Nissan, and would recommend to friends and family. very pleased with my new car! :) Thank you Todd! Started off kind of rough w Diego but Tom, and Bill stepped n and helped out tremendously!!! They really helped me out w my tire issue. I bought a new car and 7 months later the tire has a ball on the stepped n and helped out tremendously!!! They really helped me out w my tire issue. I bought a new car and 7 months later the tire has a ball on the side wall. I just didnt see hw it was my fault it seemed more like a defective tire. In the end it looks like maybe my wife or i could have run over a small pot hole. But they still helped out. More

After test drive went inside did application and sales person took it to sales mgr. Sales mgr came out with a monthly price price that was far from what I wanted to pay so I got up and put my hand out and said thanks for your time but I cant do it for that price. The sales mgr wouldn't shake my hand, I said you wont shake my hand and he replied "not for the price you want" More
