Nissan Of Redlands

Nissan of Redlands (workers) engaged in deceptive and misleading practices that I would strongly caution others about. My wife and I were promised (verbally)that once I co-signed the contract and all do misleading practices that I would strongly caution others about. My wife and I were promised (verbally)that once I co-signed the contract and all documents were completed, we would receive what was agreed upon( a spare car key). The dealership (workers at Nissan of Redlands) promptly received the co-signed documents, but after that, their promises meant nothing. Nissan Of Redlands(Workers) never provided the spare car key. After numerous phone calls, Nissan of Redlands repeatedly claimed the key was being made and told us to come pick it up. When we have a chance to arrive there because I moved out of State, they (Nissan Of Redlands workers) changed their story. Once they learned we had moved to another state and that the vehicle was not physically with us, but in another State, they (workers at Nissan Of Redlands)suddenly claimed they could not give us the spare key unless they could see the car—even though they already knew this was impossible. This cycle of promises, excuses, and wasted trips has gone on for nearly 8 months now . Nissan Of Redlands (workers) consistently misled us, pretended to resolve the issue, and then backed out every time. The behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and reflects extremely poor management. If a dealership (Nissan of Redlands ) cannot be trusted to honor simple commitments, how can they (Nissan Of Redlands) be trusted with major financial contracts? Would you trust people in Nissan of Redlands who repeatedly lie to make financial decisions for you? I certainly would not. I do not recommend Nissan of Redlands to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go to another dealership that values honesty, accountability, and basic integrity. More
