The service was great and my transmission runs nicely. However, they insisted that my Sentra doesn't have a CVT filter that needed to be replaced. It was strange that the filter wasn't a part of the transmission fluid change, even when other sources online verify that it is. However, as I was sitting and waiting for my repair, I overheard one of the sales managers named Steve berate and belittle some of his sales team for not making sales. He would tell them they might as well "go home and work there" because new car sales are slow. He was mean and paraded around the floor like some kind of vulture. I didn't like that and felt a lot of negativity coming from him. All in all, the experience was ok. I was done in 90 minutes and my car runs smoothly. I just wish they changed my filter like I had hoped. More
