I am beyond frustrated with this dealership. The finance team is terrible. I purchased a vehicle back in June. I ended up refinancing with a local lender. I was instructed to contact the dealer for a refund on my GAP insurance. I have tired multiple times now for the last two months to make this happen. As the contract states I have the right to cancel for a full refund within the first 60 days. After multiple emails and phone calls still nothing. Emails are not returned and phone calls go unanswered. The customer service is well below average. Do not recommend. More
