Hi Janice, Unfortunately without you allowing a diagnostic, Nissan will not financially cover the damaged seat. Your Vehicle has never been serviced at our or any Nissan dealership.The vehicle is also out of warranty, and has been in 2 accidents. Nissan needs to be permitted to determine the cause of the malfunction prior to authorizing any payment to a dealership. We are not really sure why you are leaving us this review, our only potential involvement in your issue would be to perform the diagnostic and report our findings to Nissan. If you would like to make an appointment and allow us to do this we'd be more than happy to assist you.

We didn’t do the diagnostic because you’re making us pay $500 for it. Why should we be out $500? We just bought out the lease last year. Malfunctions are not wear and tear on the car. It should be covered. We had/have taken very good care of the car through the years. We find it hard to believe that we’re the first to complain about something like this. The malfunction occurred in January, shortly after the car had been inspected. We did whatever was needed to maintain the car (nothing to do with the seat warmer or electric issues). The 2 miner accidents you speak of, again, had nothing to do with electrical issues. All we wanted was to speak to a representative about this unfortunate event, and we never got any return phone calls, except for one that told us to just sue Nissan. Very disappointing, to say the least.
