The service was horrible. My service advisor was rude and talked down me and my partner. He did not provide service when I arranged on the app a vehicle. He said he had other customers from Nevada that come along way for a way. He didn't go over what I wanted for service that day until I asked him. He immediately went into attempting to get my key. Other service advisors around seemed to be either clueless and caught off guard when he was speaking to me. Overall not good and I don't plan on coming back which is sad because my buying experience was the best with George. The service advisor seemed to be in a rush and other service advisor were not busy for some reason while I waiting in line behind 2 people. One person didn't have an appointment and another did. So while I was waiting behind two people, other service advisor had no guests waiting for service. This is not a smart system when customers are waiting in line while service advisors were not busy. It was my first and last time for service at this place. The worst part is that I got a text originally from my 1st service advisor and then after I was semi helped and left my car, I received a another automatic text from a different service advisor and so I replied back to the text like it said and I asked why I received a new person? When I pickup my car the service advisor tried to apologize for the morning incident and then I asked why I never got a reply to my text and he said he asked too and doesn't know why I received two texts. Either way he never answered my question. either way he never answered my question. again, he was rude, not customer service friendly, and just a bad experience. More
Had my car serviced here to repair an AC leak. Took my car on a road trip a few days later and the car shut down completely while I was on the road. Aside from the danger this situation put my family and I in, I was stuck in so cal trying to figure out how to resolve the issue and get back home. In my opinion, little to nothing has been done with regards to compensating me for the inconvenience. The dealership did acknowledge it was their fault and agreed to reimburse me (not sure why I had to front the money to fix something that was their fault). Unfortunately, this is the nearest dealership to me, so I'm stuck with them. As a warning to others, don't expect much in terms of customer service from this place. If you can, take your business to a dealership that values its customers and has a reputation for quality work. More
