Rick saved the day for us. We were on our way to Tahoe for vacation and my electric Volvo would not start. However, Rick stepped in and helped us tremendously , rented a car for us at Enterprise, had someone pick us up and made sure our Volvo was worked on diligently since the Volvo in San Francisco worked on my Volvo 3x and it still stalled.
