Communication was non existent. Couldn’t get timely follow ups or repairs done within reasonable time frame. I fully believe my car was forgotten. My experience was amazing. Edgar made sure that all of my concerns were taken care of with my XC-60 and kept me well informed on its progress through the timeline. Also, after I left the dealership, I experienced an issue with a windshield wiper (non-appointment related) and I returned back to the dealership.
