I made an appointment for scheduled service and an issue with the fuel system. Amy was able to get my car in for the service quickly. She kept me informed of what exactly was going on regarding the issue with the fuel system. Amy was able to get my car in for the service quickly. A part was needed, and there was a delay in getting the part, but Amy kept me advised as to where and when the part would be in. I received a video from the technician showing me what he had done and what needed to be done. Amy kept me informed of all the work that was done and estimate for the work that was done. It was a very pleasurable service thanks to both the technician and Amy. More

The original work order wasn't accurate, so I had to have a second service. The invoice also wasn't accurate and had to be corrected.
