The tire need to be changed, but there was none in stock. So I was told that I will be contacted once it's available. I did not get any feedback from the service department for days. I called almost every da So I was told that I will be contacted once it's available. I did not get any feedback from the service department for days. I called almost every day and left a message but no one got back to me. After much insistence, about seven or eight days later, I finally found out that I can have a replacement for the tire. I understand that the supplies are short, and sometimes nonexistent, but a bit of that conversation/feedback and Update would have been much appreciated. A day after the service was done, I got an error message on my dashboard. Again I contacted your service department but no one got back to me. I had to take the car to a third-party, non-Volvo tire shop, and they told me what to do. With their guidance, the error message did finally go away. A bit disappointed from your service department. More
