After bringing my Mini Cooper to this shop, they recommended a new valve cover gasket, after suggesting that oil plugs needed changing..... we agreed. While working on that, they called, informing u recommended a new valve cover gasket, after suggesting that oil plugs needed changing..... we agreed. While working on that, they called, informing us that the valve cover itself was cracked and needed replacing... after all that work, now it leaks and burns a lot of oil... Niello mini offered to check it for more money :( More
Amazing service Hello there, I initially went to Roseville BMW to buy a BMW I3. On two different occasions the car that I reserved online was sold. I decided to go to meilo BMW and was driving my New car off the lot within 90 minutes. Since then the service has been absolutely amazing. There was a scratch or two that I noticed on the rear bumper, I called Nilo BMW and they told me to bring the car down for them to look at. After trying to touch up the bumper we agreed that it was not up to snuff. The way they resolved the issue for me was absolutely above and beyond what I expected. They gave me a loaner car and took my car to the body shop and have the entire bumper painted. Nate was my service technician who made the most of this possible along with Brandon my sales person Going forward I will only buy my cars from Neilo based on my recent experience. More

Bad Service When I arrived to the Fulton Avenue location I was not greeted professionally. The advisor Kerry Saunders did not treat me with courtesy or respect. When I spoke to explain my concern about my vehicle he interrupted me and said I'm not your advisor. Technically, he was for the day I came in because I received a email saying he was. He said sit in the lobby I will get to you with a careless rude tone of voice. I noticed when he finally talked to me about my vehicle concern, he told me I need to discuss this with another service advisor named Joe. This visit was totally unprofessional and disorganized. The loaner vehicle was dirty inside and out.i was not offered for it to be cleaned out. I ask and this guy named Chad said employees there are too busy to clean it. I felt like treatment was rude and careless. More
EN-Sacramento I had really bad experiences with my advisor named Jeremy. My car was under warranty but he consistently wanted me to pay for them. All diagnoses and the propose repairs that he said need to be paid by me. He said the reasons were I used aftermarket part and did installation improperly. I denied noticing him I wanted further diagnose. BMW had to take out the parts to prove his points. 2 days later he came up with different stories. Rain sensor went off, and BMW did installation wrong. Therefore, they would take care of the bill. But the headaches had not been done yet. When I checked out my car, cashier asked me to pay for them again, based on his papers??? ?Another problem with him is honesty. If he said calling you back, rarely he kept that promise. ?Besides, it took too long for the repairs; he explained BMW service protocol has to diagnose-waiting order part- and repair one issue at the time, before move to the next issue. Also, my car did not get wash/clean after they finished the fix. Do not believe that is BMW services. ?This is my second BMW car. The fact is both cars are excellent but second car services are very bad. Never, never come back to this BMW Niello, and never never be in touch with them in anyway. More
