Buying experience had pluses and minuses. We recently bought a new car here. The best part of the experience was the "BMW Genius" - a person who takes you on a test drive and "sells" the car f We recently bought a new car here. The best part of the experience was the "BMW Genius" - a person who takes you on a test drive and "sells" the car features. Greg was knowledgeable, has great people skills and obviously loves his job and product. Then you get handed over to the "deal" person. I was disappointed in that process - old-fashioned beating around the bush, wanting the buyer to negotiate against themselves, a ridiculously low trade-in offer, etc. I much prefer the way I bought my prior new car. The dealer emailed me an attractive offer with 24 hours to take or leave it. And then provided 7 years of excellent service at fair prices. I hope Niello BMW can now match that service experience. More

Haider helped us scroll through their available models for sale and Karen was there to help us with the paperwork and explained to us financing, Aj helped us with our trade and am happy that he added more to my trade than what we initially agreed upon. Mike helped us finish the transaction and final paperwork. Haider was specially helpful in explaining to us and demonstrating the vehicle features before we left the dealership.He actually stayed just to do this and I think he was the last one to leave. Two hours later, after also test driving an alternative, we were doing the paperwork to buy the X5. Best experience I've had at a car dealership, and I've had a few experiences I remember from dealers I'll never deal with again. Very impressed by the time Brandon took both before and after the sale to explain how everything worked, and on an X5, there are a lot of things to learn about the integration of all the systems and how you display and control the features. More

X5 Purchase Tony went out of his way to find me a car with the color and interior I wanted. There was only 1 and he brought it in from New Jersey.
