Well 15 minuets before I was supposed to go and look at i I was originally supposed to meet with Elk Grove BMW for a car that THEY said was available. Amazing service Hello there, I initially went to Roseville BMW to buy a BMW I3. On two different occasions the car that I reserved online was sold. I decided to go Hello there, I initially went to Roseville BMW to buy a BMW I3. On two different occasions the car that I reserved online was sold. I decided to go to meilo BMW and was driving my New car off the lot within 90 minutes. Since then the service has been absolutely amazing. There was a scratch or two that I noticed on the rear bumper, I called Nilo BMW and they told me to bring the car down for them to look at. After trying to touch up the bumper we agreed that it was not up to snuff. The way they resolved the issue for me was absolutely above and beyond what I expected. They gave me a loaner car and took my car to the body shop and have the entire bumper painted. Nate was my service technician who made the most of this possible along with Brandon my sales person Going forward I will only buy my cars from Neilo based on my recent experience. More

Niello Sacramento took the same info I gave the others and worked with me to ensure I got what I wanted on my terms.
