Worst exercise ever. I bought a 2013 BMW X3 and had it delivered to napa . The car was dirty in and out. I took the car to my mechanic and it had an error with the turbo charge. I tried to call the finance manager PAUL S and he would not return my call nor would SHANE. I ended up calling the corporate office. they came and got the car. the car was in sac for over a week. finally since I only had the car approximately 6 days and the car was a lemon I told them to take the car back. its been weeks now and still no communication about returning my money to my bank. -POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE -IF YOU BUY A USED CAR DON'T EXPECT IT TO BE IN CERTIFIED CONDITION AND RUNNING AS INTENDED I would never go back to this place. The service is bottom of the barrel. The finance / sales department don't care about customer service and if you are buying a used car they expect there to be problems. I got a text rom Diane telling me since I bought used that there are going to be issues with the car. Really may last car 328I I bought used and had it over 10 years. His colleague, Fatima, was so helpful in accommodating us in showing the car prior to delivery, Timothy, the business manager, processed our paperwork efficiently & made it a pleasant experience. One would be hard-pressed to find another competent dealership & employees who work together as a team. I look forward to having the same experience when I bring in my car for service. Unfortunately , Niello has TERRIBLE customer service follow thru. Working for Home Depot in Operations , I completely grasp the utmost importance , and hiring people who do also. I sent 3 CONFIRMATIONS emails on AUTOTRADER.COM , one in a chat session requesting the unpublished ( ? ) price , and then waited 3 days. Finally speaking to a front desk woman , I repeated the VIN # THREE TIMES, described the car with BLUE interior ( which would narrow it down immediately ) for 99% of people , and then was asked WHAT MY FIRST NAME WAS...AFTER telling her my email which uses my first name. She asked me the vin number three times. **IF YOU CAN'T HIRE ADULTS, AT LEAST MAKE SURE THEY HAVE A SLIGHTLY HIGHER IQ. if younger. **ALL SHE NEEDED TO DO was look on the lot for 2022 silver Clubman with AWD and BLUE seats. No offense intended at all , but CUSTOMER SERVICE on a long distance phone call after 4 failed electronic follow thru responses SHOULD BE TREMENDOUSLY SIMPLE. IT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MAKING MONEY AND NONE AT ALL. More

They kept my husband and I updated on eve and my experience was second to none. Everyone was friendly, professional and accommodating. No pressure. They kept my husband and I updated on every aspect of the sales process. Karl made sure we had everything that we needed. I also wanted to give Niello's service department a 'shout out'. From the ease of making a service appointment to the timeliness of maintenance performed, my experiences were always positive. Christian always kept me informed on the status of my vehicle, any service specials and made appropriate recommendations. I live closer to another BMW dealership, but I travel to Niello Sacramento because of their superb customer service throughout their dealership. More
After bringing my Mini Cooper to this shop, they recommended a new valve cover gasket, after suggesting that oil plugs needed changing..... we agreed. While working on that, they called, informing u recommended a new valve cover gasket, after suggesting that oil plugs needed changing..... we agreed. While working on that, they called, informing us that the valve cover itself was cracked and needed replacing... after all that work, now it leaks and burns a lot of oil... Niello mini offered to check it for more money :( More
