First and foremost our salesman Christian was fantastic. 10/10. He didn’t pressure us in any way and he had a wealth of knowledge about the cars. We absolutely love dealing with him. We went to Neillo Audi to purchase a new car after our previous Audi was totaled in a collision. We found a used Etron listed online at around $41,000 which was right at our price point. When it came time to discuss the price, our helpful salesman Christian brought out a piece of paper with a price breakdown. I was shocked to see the grand total being over $50,000. We thought there was no way taxes and fees would cost that much. As we looked closer we saw there was about a $5,000 charge for a GPS tracker, key tracker and key replacement service which is something we did not need. We told Christian that we didn’t want any of that. He went and re-adjusted the price however there was still a charge of about $2,000 for the GPS tracker. Christian informed me that since it had already been purchased and installed by the dealer that it could not be removed. After some back and forth regarding the GPS tracker, I asked Christian what services he could include to help offset the cost of the GPS tracker (tire rotations, car washes, etc). He said that since the service center was separate from the dealership there was nothing he could offer. I began looking at my phone for other Etrons in the area however none had as low of miles as this one. I will not be buying another vehicle from Niello as long as they continue to force customers to pay for a dealer add on. Fun fact: if the dealer has the ability to install something then they have the ability to remove it. More

Dan and Niello aren’t aggressive or proactive in care maintenance. The do only what’s necessary and sometime not even that if they find it covered under warranty. A year ago they thought my coolant was leaking , gave me a estimate- then said it may be under warranty and they didn’t feel it needed to be addressed because another tech said he didn’t see a leak. When I brought it back when my coolant light came on, I was told they couldn’t tell if it was leaking cuz they never cleaned off the sediment around the tubing last visit . Answer- “ just keep an eye on it”. More

As always, over the years of servicing my two Audis at Niello, Omead has always been informative, patient and to the point. Also, any repairs needed were handled well by the techs. The dealer pricing is a bit steep in some cases, but i would still bring my car to Niello, primarily because of the predictability and no nonsense of service. As a client, my only contact is the service rep, and in this case it is Omead; he unquestionably handles the issues at hand in an outmost professional manner. More
