excellent experience Where do I even begin? I cannot say enough good things about Michelle Russo. I mean, she really went all out to make the car buying process such a won Where do I even begin? I cannot say enough good things about Michelle Russo. I mean, she really went all out to make the car buying process such a wonderful experience for me. I live in Michigan, so how amazing it was for her to hold the car for me, until I could secure a flight down to Florida. Upon arriving in Florida, Michelle had a driver ready to pick me up from the airport and take me to the dealership. Before I arrived, Michelle happened to notice a flaw in the window tinting on the rear window of my new car, and so she had the window tinting repaired by the time I arrived there. Unfortunately, my fight was delayed and the plane landed three hours later than it was scheduled for, and so Michelle had to stay after hours to finish the deal. Michelle was so friendly and personable and she made the paperwork process such an easy task for me. She even sent me off with a full tank of gas. I will say it again, Michelle made the entire process, from start to finish, such a wonderful experience for me. Thank you, Michelle for making this happen for me. I love my new car. More
