I have been getting my service at nicknichols for 20 years or so. Never had to wait an hour and a half for a oil change and that's with an appointment. The last few time nothing was reset and had to wai years or so. Never had to wait an hour and a half for a oil change and that's with an appointment. The last few time nothing was reset and had to wait for someone to do that. Have been disappointed in the service. Everytime there is a different mechanic. Jeff used to take good care of our vehicles. So Sorry about him. Roger in service is always great. The service guys are usually helpful. Just very disappointed with the service the last couple of years. More

Always accommodating to me. Someone from the service department will call me if they find anything that needs fixed (to get my approval to fix the problem). Plus when the service man called about the tires, he also mentioned the battery was low (from sitting) and to take the car for a long ride. I did and it has been running well.
