I did feel that local management could have been more proactive in finding out why the error so that it doesn't happen to someone else. Sixteen weeks was a long time to wait for a special order vehicle. But nice to have a Ford dealer close to home. We've had minor issues over the past 18 years having to do with advertised prices not being accurate, a problem with an oil fill cap not replaced after an oil change, and a body repair estimate that was way off the mark for no good reason. Overall though, not a bad place to do business. More
