Finally Found the Right Car Michelle could not have been nicer to deal with. She knows her product, is patient and will go to extraordinary lengths to help. Everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. I did not experience any of the problems normally associated with buying a car. I was treated with respect and never once felt like I was being 'sold' something. Would definitely recommend Nick Nicholas to anyone looking for a vehicle. Good local dealership Pleasant sales folks overall. Michelle Russo was very helpful with keeping me updated when Ford delivered the wrong vehicle. I did feel that local management could have been more proactive in finding out why the error so that it doesn't happen to someone else. Sixteen weeks was a long time to wait for a special order vehicle. But nice to have a Ford dealer close to home. We've had minor issues over the past 18 years having to do with advertised prices not being accurate, a problem with an oil fill cap not replaced after an oil change, and a body repair estimate that was way off the mark for no good reason. Overall though, not a bad place to do business. More
