The service department doesn't listen to their customers. It is a shame. I got hurt twice from them not listening to what I needed done. It took them 2 hours to do an oil change and they were suppose to u It is a shame. I got hurt twice from them not listening to what I needed done. It took them 2 hours to do an oil change and they were suppose to update my GPS but didn't have what they needed. After 2 hours, they told me. Shame on them. I am now looking for another dealership that will listen to its customers. I do not recommend you visiting this dealership. More

The service department wasn't as pleasing as my experience in comparison to the sale of the vehicle. I still have a percentage of the bumper to bumper warranty.....and I was told some items are not experience in comparison to the sale of the vehicle. I still have a percentage of the bumper to bumper warranty.....and I was told some items are not covered.....I want to know your operation definition of bumper to bumper. More
