Cant get it right Put new climate comtrol in and now no defroster. Said i waited to long..and wont fix it..cost at least 700.00 for me to heve it fixed. warranty work refused My warranty work refused because I was out of town on a family emergency and Gary only called home phone several times, left messages without trying c My warranty work refused because I was out of town on a family emergency and Gary only called home phone several times, left messages without trying cell phone which he has used in the past. Because of this my warranty ran out on the part we were waiting for. His lack of trying to call both phones is why all this problem is happening! He is now charging me for the work that was under warranty when the part was on back order. Why would a service manager keep calling a home phone and keep leaving messages without calling the back up cell phone ? I think this is VERY poor service! Why give them 2 phone numbers to call if they disregard them. I've been using Nick Chevy for all my service work and bought a few cars from them. I will NEVER use they service again if I have to pay for this work. I guess I'll have to take it to another dealer for now on. I'll post again if this is corrected. Disgusted Customer Ken S. More
