Poor Customer Service I had power steering pump, cooler and lines replaced, however, it took 3 days to complete the job. They did not have parts on hand and had to order from Michigan. I was without my car for three days and Nick would not provide me with a loaner to get to work. I had to call several times a day for updates so that I could make transportation arrangements. Nick did not provide me with timely communication which caused me frustration. Their customer service is lacking. I will seek service elsewhere next time. After spending $1,400 they didn't even wash the car! The last dealer I took my car to for repair always washed my car! More

had problem with son's new sonic. discussed problem with rob and in 9 minutes problem was resolved. Sons car had touble starting, needed a loaner car so my son could go to work.
