Very happy We came in not thinking that we would be buying a car that day. Most dealer in the bay area are quite a bit higher that those out in the Central Valle We came in not thinking that we would be buying a car that day. Most dealer in the bay area are quite a bit higher that those out in the Central Valley. We just wanted to see what they new Elantras looked like and what was available. Also, we had contacted Costco to see what kind of deal we could get through them and they referred us to Nicholas Park. We were pleasantly surprised that when we got on the lot, that we were attacked by overzealous sales people. (We had looked at cars there a few years ago when it was the previous dealer and the sales woman would not leave us alone, and actually followed us off the lot. UGH.) The salesman was very nice and offered us a test drive, which we did. He answered all of our questions just fine. The moment of truth came when we sat down to talk about numbers. I thought that we would get a small discount using Costco, but the discounts were a lot more than what we had anticipated and was doable. There was a small hitch, but the manager came in and made sure that we could come up with a fair deal and stay within my budget. We then worked with Nick Cassidy who was very friendly and helpful and made the process of filling out all the paperwork as painless as possible. Everyone that we worked with was helpful and made sure that we were happy. I was impressed that they filled the gas tank before we left the dealership. Nice touch. Since we have brought the car home, we've had a few questions that Nick was more than happy to answer and has told us that we can contact him anytime. We did have the Cilajet coating put on and John Fitzsimmons was great answering our questions. We also had noticed that there was a small scrape on the rear bumper and he told us that they could repaint it, which they did perfectly. I was expecting them to just give us a tube of touch up paint. They were very professional and we did feel like a valued customer. The sales staff were rude and sexist, and service department was awful. I swore I would never return, even for service. Nicholas Parks Hyundai is now under new ownership, all new floor staff, friendly, professional, providing a terrific experience. A complete 180 degree change. I am so glad I checked this location out again, and am now the proud owner of a new 2017 Santa Fe. More

This experience was a dream compared to the other dealerships I came across in my car search, who were obscenely aggressive, misleading, and condescending. Here, I was treated with respect and really felt that the sales team had my best interest in mind. John even bought me a granola bar from the vending machine when I couldn't find change and kept me fully entertained when the financing process got held up for a few hours due to unforeseen technical difficulties. Now that's customer service! =D More
