He came across as very new (one month?) but very professional in his attitude and service. We bought two cars in December from him, so he is doing okay. Give the young man a raise. More

A very unpleasant experience I'd my oil change and tire rotation serviced on 12/14/15. My 9 am appointment service invoice was written at 08:47. I was told that it is going to be awhile, so I waited in the waiting lounge. More than 2 hours, my car is still not ready. At 11:15, I checked with the service adviser, Rob Cai. I asked him about my car. He said it is ready. He told me he went to the waiting area and he didn't see me. I was there without leaving my seat the whole time. If he didn't see me, he should have called my name. This is common sense to me. I wonder if he is telling the truth. The time out on the service invoice is 10:14. I told him, I'm late for my next appointment because of that. During the whole process, I didn't hear a word of sorry from him. The complimentary car wash wasn't done. Since I'm running late, I didn't go back to ask him about it. Also, my car has wheel locks on it. The technician used the wheel lock key from my trunk to do the tire rotation but didn't return it. I found out after I got home in the afternoon. I normally check to make sure the wheel lock key is returned after I have any tire work done. That day I was really behind on my schedule so I didn't check it at the dealership. I called and left message with Rob. Next day, I sent an email via the "contact us" from the dealership website. It has been 4 days, no one contacts me to follow up my complaints or to return me the wheel lock key. More

As an automotive journalist, I had a good idea of what to expect and that helped us to avoid many of the pit falls of buying a car at a dealer. However, several of those were presented. After a long negotiation, we were finally able to finish everything and bring our car home. We are happy with the overall experience. More

Kevin was also very helpful clearing those things up as well. Only thing I can think of is I wish they could be more helpful with fixing some of the imperfections on the interior. Scratches and marks obviously acquired from the other dealership should be replaced. Other than that it was a great experience. More
