I understand that you've had some issues with your alternator, which has subsequently caused battery issues. We pride ourselves on quality service on every vehicle that comes through our service lane, including the parts that we use. The last time you spoke with one of our managers, Matt England, he offered to refund the cost of the battery replacement, and that offer still stands. You also expressed a desire to not be contacted again, and we will respect that wish. That again is a lie. He did not offer anything. He said he would have to have the General Manager call me which never has happened. Your business has either changed ownership or your true business ethics has finally come out which is screw the loyal customers and line my wallet. I would tell everyone and anyone to stay away or run from any NEWTON product.
