I lost all respect and trust in Newton Nissan of Gallatin… people please watch this business they recommend work on your vehicles and once serviced the work is not complete or shoddy and will evide Gallatin… people please watch this business they recommend work on your vehicles and once serviced the work is not complete or shoddy and will evidentially break down. They sale you so called new part which turn out to be remanufactured inferior parts. They replace part that don’t need to be. So if one service is bad one might want to watch all the other departments. It is not about taking care of you it is making them a buck. More

I was a new customer who came in for a schedule oil change Dec 3 which took about 45 mins. That was wonderful! However, the customer service was not nor did I receive 10% off for a new customer oil cha change Dec 3 which took about 45 mins. That was wonderful! However, the customer service was not nor did I receive 10% off for a new customer oil change. I was told my car would be out the door 80 something dollars and some change. I was asked if the engine had been serviced and said that I’ll have my engine oil/ filter changed and a inspection. He didn’t mention if the fluid would be topped off. I got out my car and gave him the keys and off he went! I arrived early and of course everyone just sat there and looked at me until I was told my guy was not yet back. Getting to the point. The customer service was terrible!! Everyone acting privileged/entitled! Once my car was finished the guy that checked me in never said where my car was parked just like I had to ask him where the waiting room was. So as I was leaving looking unsure of where to find my car this one and only pleasant man went and got my car, brought it to the door and escorted me to it!!! That alone was the highlight of customer service from that one guy that I can appreciate. And for 8O something I certainly expected more, so I will not be returning. Thank you for your time. More

He very quickly checked me in and answered my questions and advised me how long it would take. Before I pulled out of the dealership, he sent me a text giving me his number in case I had any other questions. David is an ASSET to Newton Nissan and goes above and beyond EXCELLENT customer service. Thank-you, David, for insuring my car was repaired correctly and timely.
