I understand that your vehicle is back in our shop, and we are working on the repair. Our Service Manager, Matt, will call you with an update this morning. For the tow, we are confident that Nissan will reimburse you. Nissan Consumer Affairs is the number to call, and they should provide you a case number for it. Matt has personally had to do that on several occasions; he can answer any questions you have about that. We hope this helps, though we know it cannot make up for what happened on vacation.
