The service dept was very unimpressive. The vehicle has 31,600 miles and was taken back to the dealership on 9/7/2023 due to not starting with either key fob. The dealership stated they cou The vehicle has 31,600 miles and was taken back to the dealership on 9/7/2023 due to not starting with either key fob. The dealership stated they could not duplicate the issue but yet offered a transmission flush, emissions flush and brake flush, completely irrelevant to the issue it was taken in for. Since getting the vehicle back it didn't start 18 times from then until it completely died on 9/16/2023, while on vacation! Then..... Nissan1, which is roadside assistance to get a tow, was a complete joke. They were stationed out of the Philippines, stated they would have someone there to get the vehicle in 60-90 mins. We then continued to get text stating they were 25 mins away up to 15 mins way, Four hours later no one had shown up. Basically, we were stranded and ended up having to pay out of pocket a personal tow bill, which they are refusing to cover. I WILL NEVER BUY A NISSAN AGAIN!!!!!!!!! This vehicle is a 2020 Frontier PRO-4X, still has a warranty. FOR SALE! More

Employees like Daryl Oldfield in my opinion is what makes buying at Newton Nissan a breeze. Daryl was very patient with me since it took us weeks to find exactly what I was looking for, even down to the colo buying at Newton Nissan a breeze. Daryl is extremely knowledgeable about vehicles which made buying so easy. He took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a vehicle. After looking at several SUVs, I ended up purchasing a 2019 Nissan Rogue. Daryl worked hard and diligently to get the very best deal possible. He took the time to explain every option and every part of the financing. He didn't try to push me into anything I wasn't ready to do. He made sure on every aspect of the process that I was comfortable and I was sure its what I wanted. He made my experience at Newton awesome. I would go as far to say Daryl is like family, and I will NEVER buy from anyone else but Daryl, and this is why.... Couple of months after buying my Rogue the liftgate started failing. I contacted Daryl, and not even a week later, due to ordering parts he had my Rogue in the shop getting it repaired. I would have not gotten those repairs done so quickly anywhere else. Now that's speedy service. Thank You Daryl, and thank you Newton Nissan!!! More
Paul was very polite and helpful when ordering me new tires. He recognized I knew the tires I wanted and didn’t try to sell me on anything else. I went for a service visit for oil change and tire rotation on 4/26/23, as I have did for the last 5 years of business with Newton Nissan. At this appt, I came to learn about the extremely poor condit rotation on 4/26/23, as I have did for the last 5 years of business with Newton Nissan. At this appt, I came to learn about the extremely poor condition of the 2 front tires on this vehicle me and my wife traded in for, and have only had for about 15,000 miles, and was told the rotation could not be performed due to the extremely poor condition of the front tires! Following this information being given, what was offered, or should say, what wasn't offered, to remedy the issue. I had been to 2 previous service appts at 5,000 miles and 10,000 miles of owning the vehicle, both of which were for oil changes, and tire rotations. After considering the circumstances involved with regards to the condition of the 2 front tires, I would of expected some type of credit or compromise for such poor tread length being left on these tires, and then being okayed to leave on the vehicle after a full check had been performed before selling to us at 20,000 miles used. But no, only 2 of the tires were replaced, with the service department aware these remaining 2 tires would be short lived for the next unsuspecting owner and it would become their problem. I became this "next"owner. I had always had good faith for Newton, so this definitely had me reeling. And then furthering my frustrations, no response to a reply I sent back from an unsolicited text inquiring of my experience at the service appt, which I responded to, which has still went unanswered, all of which has changed my entire perspective on the dealership Newton Nissan, of which I had always held your dealership in high esteem from the moment we started business with the dealership with the purchase of our 1st vehicle from Newton, up until this point of interaction with this one. Although when I left from my service appt this time, for the 1st time in my entirety of business with Newton, I was feeling as if I had been taken advantage of and cheated. Newton, with this being a dealership I had highly recommended, and was quick to send my friends and family to, always referencing as fair and honest. I did this because I always believed that to be true, from my past dealings and experiences. But after the service visit and no response from me expressing my concerns, I am left with but the feelings of dissatisfaction, disappointment, and extremely frustrated from the whole experience. I am married with a big family of 5 children. A big reason for our continuing business with Newton was we didn't have to worry about coming up with money we don't have to pay for the things that come up with purchasing unreliable vehicles.
