'The finance team was very helpful, James Robinson did our paperwork and got us a good rate. The recepitionist Vicky was very kind and we feel that Alex and James and Vicky are very good assets to Newton's. We drove 2 hours to come trade with them, They did not dissapoint. More

After visiting a few different dealers my husband and I were getting discouraged because no one was listening to what we wanted to do. We got a call from Tim at Newton Ford South and we explained everythin were getting discouraged because no one was listening to what we wanted to do. We got a call from Tim at Newton Ford South and we explained everything to him and he asked that we come see them. We went the next day and worked with Ken, he had been filled in on everything. We ended up leaving there with exactly what we’re we trying to accomplish and a little more. I will definitely work with them in future if need be. They were all very understanding and went above and beyond to help us get what we needed. More

I bought a new 2020 Edge ST, my second form Newton Ford. When in the process I told the finance guy I wanted the BEST and longest bumper to bumper warranty Ford had and I did NOT want an aftermarket warrant When in the process I told the finance guy I wanted the BEST and longest bumper to bumper warranty Ford had and I did NOT want an aftermarket warranty. Now my car in for service I find out that I not only did NOT get a Ford warranty the one I got won't cover my problem. The service has done his best with what he has to deal with but the company has NOT. I then talked to Mike Castro apparently responsible for customer service at their Ford and Nissan dealerships who said he would take care of the problem and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. That tells me everything I need to know about their special customer service. I have now purchased my last 5 vehicles from Ford, there won't be another one and NOTHING from Newton dealerships...... More
