We bought a car back in 2020 from them. They ran our credit scores 13 times without our knowledge. Then 2 years later we went back to see about a trade in because they were wanting the car They ran our credit scores 13 times without our knowledge. Then 2 years later we went back to see about a trade in because they were wanting the car they sold us back. They tried to sell us a truck that was not in as good condition as our car they had sold us and it was going to cost more than our car. Since then they have kept calling, emailing, and mailing us trying to get the car back. I have told them we were not going to trade our car back to them and asked them to stop contacting us. Yet they have continued to do so so much that it feels like borderline harassment. More

I bought a new 2020 Edge ST, my second form Newton Ford. When in the process I told the finance guy I wanted the BEST and longest bumper to bumper warranty Ford had and I did NOT want an aftermarket warrant When in the process I told the finance guy I wanted the BEST and longest bumper to bumper warranty Ford had and I did NOT want an aftermarket warranty. Now my car in for service I find out that I not only did NOT get a Ford warranty the one I got won't cover my problem. The service has done his best with what he has to deal with but the company has NOT. I then talked to Mike Castro apparently responsible for customer service at their Ford and Nissan dealerships who said he would take care of the problem and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. That tells me everything I need to know about their special customer service. I have now purchased my last 5 vehicles from Ford, there won't be another one and NOTHING from Newton dealerships...... More

One excuse after another. Never once did they bring down the cost of the car we were interested.
