Please read Before you purchase! I picked up my new truck on Monday July 24th 2023, I never recived the entry code to my truck, so the dealership offered me their pick up and drop o I picked up my new truck on Monday July 24th 2023, I never recived the entry code to my truck, so the dealership offered me their pick up and drop off service. Which was picked up Friday of the same week, not owning my truck for not even 1 week I agreed to it. There service department got into a accident with my truck, and they were to take pictures before and after pick up to show anything, their policy they said, Which never happened. They were willing to fix and having to paint my truck. The service manager got nasty to me about it. hmm, With a heated screaming match that KEN started (the service manager) in the parking lot, in front of customers and two police officers having a state vehicle serviced. Inappropriate, As I was told by another family member of this family owned business, I was calm about this he said. I was Very mad by now, While fixing my truck, it had come back with more damage and overspray, Not willing to refund my cash payment or another vehicle, they stuck it to me good! LOOK OUT ! WISH I COULD RATE A NEGATIVE NUMBER horrible parts and service department. No communication. Needed a part, that took a week. They told us Wednesday when I dropped the car it would be done Thursday. We service department. No communication. Needed a part, that took a week. They told us Wednesday when I dropped the car it would be done Thursday. Went in Thursday and turns out 1. the car was NEVER even looked at and 2. they ordered the WRONG PART. You would think a phone call would be in order but NO - we had to go there and ask. Now, they have to order the right part and wait for that - and there is a weekend involved. Today is Thursday and I won't have my car at least until Tuesday. I am renting a car to get around and they are not willing to give me a loaner. The car they are fixing is still under warranty so the problem is on Ford but apparently they do not care that the headache is on me. I will not buy a ford again and certainly will NEVER recommend Newins CROOKS AND SWINDLERS More

Matt Brooks and Kyle Liberty ordered my 22MY Bronco and stayed with it rolling me over to a 23MY not selling it from under my feet to the highest bidder. They honored their word to sell me the truck at MSR stayed with it rolling me over to a 23MY not selling it from under my feet to the highest bidder.
