Went in to see if a part to a 2002 Ford Escort could be ordered. The parts department looked devoid of parts and the person I spoke to was completely uninterested in helping me-he was friendly enough but ordered. He sent me to the service department-who also had no idea what I was talking about and didn't seem to care-friendly but ignorant. I know a decent amount about cars so it wasn't as though I couldn't articulate what I was looking for, yet I left totally frustrated and amazed at the complete cluelessness of the staff. Do these people know anything about Ford cars-are they not trained?? I own two Mustangs along with the Escort and have spoken recently to a salesperson about buying a Fiesta or Focus in the future, but have serious doubts about purchasing one at this dealership, based on this experience. By the way, I figured out what I needed myself, using the internet-a former Ford mechanic offered insight into my problem-maybe you should hire him? More
Great experience here! I just bought a brand new 2012 focus and could not be happier. Everyone I dealt with was great and there was not one time where I felt uncomfortable. My experience overall was very good. I knew what I wanted when I went to the dealership and Joe was able to sell me the car I was looking for. We worked with colors available and in the end I was hap wanted when I went to the dealership and Joe was able to sell me the car I was looking for. When I had an issue turning off my navigation system after I purchased the car, I showed up unannouced and Joe took the time to help me with it. My sales man, Joe Lucente, was a pleasure to deal with. He was very informative and not pushy at all. He had his work cut for him to to find me exactly the car I wanted and even drove to NJ and back on hi He was very informative and not pushy at all. He was very patient with me and even set my cell phone up with the hands free when I picked the car up. I also dealt with Shaun when it came to the financing who was just as informative as Joe in sales. Once the car i wanted was found, the process was so quick and easy. Simply put, Tommy was the most offensive, discourteous, least attentive, least knowledgeable salesmen I have had the misfortune to meet. Quite frankly, it amazes me that this gentleman retains employment at a dealership that positions itself as a customer oriented family business, “committed to a no-pressure, high integrity approach.” Let it be known that as a result of this incident I will never work with your dealership and will advise friends, family and colleagues to do the same.
