Service done on Recall I recently moved to the Bay Shore-Babylon-Lindenhurst area. Had to have my 2010 Escape serviced for a recall. Joe Rivarola was very attentive and exp I recently moved to the Bay Shore-Babylon-Lindenhurst area. Had to have my 2010 Escape serviced for a recall. Joe Rivarola was very attentive and explained to me what was being checked and done. I was surprised by the efficiency of the job done. While my car was being serviced, I went into the showroom. In addition to installing two sets of front floor mats (one on top of another) on th The Newins Service Dept. has a lot of trouble prepping a new car. In addition to installing two sets of front floor mats (one on top of another) on the driver and passenger side, they also had the rear right side floor mat on the left side and vice versa. These are custom fit mats that a child could put in place properly. There was a tag still attached to the driver's seat headrest, plastic wrap on the rear passenger side window, and white greasy xxxx on the driver side door sill. If I had these guys service a transmission issue, I am sure that the car would be driving sideways, as the check engine light explodes into a fireball. More
Thier Word means nothing Went in to buy an Expedition that was posted on the website. Agreed to a price with a condition to fix a couple problem areas, in writing. The areas were poorly fixed and was told they'll send it out again to fix it, in meantime received call that if I take it as is they'll discount me an extra 500 dollars. When I agreed the GM said they're not fixing it or discounting it, I take it as is or all of a sudden they have 2 buyers willing to pay more. The car has been sitting since February. Well I went back and took my deposit, not dealing with jerks like those who work there. I'm still buying a vehicle, but not ever from them. Read the reviews about them on all your social media. You've been warned. Wonder if Carfax would be interested that the car was sent out and had repairs done on it by dealership but not reported. Also Chris needs to work on his people skills, arrogant piece of work. More
