better service dept than others i've tried service was satisfactory except for one issue. I was charged for 7 quarts of oil when I'm usually only charged for 6. the owners manual clearly states service was satisfactory except for one issue. I was charged for 7 quarts of oil when I'm usually only charged for 6. the owners manual clearly states my vehicle takes 6 qts of oil. when I questioned the service advisor about this, his answer was vague and made no sense to me. either I was overcharged or the tech overfilled the engine. neither scenario is good.
