Great Job I came in for an oil change and state inspection, I was told that it will bee 1 1/2 hours. I went to the diner for breakfast. Came back 30 minutes la I came in for an oil change and state inspection, I was told that it will bee 1 1/2 hours. I went to the diner for breakfast. Came back 30 minutes later and Louisea said the car was ready. Great Job!! More

Blown Away As someone who’s purchased 5 cars in the last 10 years I’ve got a lot of experience with car salesman’s and dealers. I was pleasantly surprised with the purchase process at Newins Ford. Thomas was my salesman and he was genuine, there was none of the normal back and forth nonsense that a lot of dealers do. I walked in the doors around 11:45, a deal was made by 1:15 and I was able to pick up my new truck at 3:30. I highly recommend giving Newins Ford and chance to earn your business if you’re in the market for a New or Used Ford. More

Disappointed to say the least. Over charged. did not make repairs that were said to have been made. Dishonest. Hoped by going to a dealership,I would by pass this kind of behavior. Very Nice & Fast service The guys at the desk were so nice, I was worried b/c it was a holiday weekend and heard that they were under staffed, But i was showed to the very com The guys at the desk were so nice, I was worried b/c it was a holiday weekend and heard that they were under staffed, But i was showed to the very comfortable waiting area and they had me done in a little over an hour!
