The personal attention we received from Mary while there was very good, but it was the after hours attention (text and email) that set her apart from the rest. Tom, the Sales manager was able to work things within our budget after genuinely listening and not dismissing us. Additionally, we had a few last minute changes (that were sorta big changes) and Randy, our financial guy, was able to roll with it all and make it work on OUR timeline. Thanks Mary Ridings and Newburgh Toyota Scion for a great experience. More

Nice surprise We have been Toyota customers for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. Lately, we have been dealing with Ed Ortiz. Ed is phenomenal. Out of curiosity, to determine a trade-in price for our '08 Tacoma, we drove into newburgh Toyota at 11am on a Saturday morning. After Ed's incredible amount of research, coordinating, number crunching, etc., we drove out at 3pm in a 2017 Tacoma - and that included an hour and a half for us to go out to lunch! Nice surprise. Ed is your "go to" guy. The professionalism of Mathew Velez was also appreciated. More

No Different From Any Other Dealership Typical dealership with high pressure sales tactics. Eduardo Ortiz wanted to make an end of the month commission plus a bonus for a same day sale. He Typical dealership with high pressure sales tactics. Eduardo Ortiz wanted to make an end of the month commission plus a bonus for a same day sale. He has a baby on the way, and I was sympathetic. He rushed to complete the sale. As a result, things were missed on my purchase. I ended up without the accesories that I wanted. There was no time to do a careful look at the paperwork and options. We also never did a final walk around on my new vehicle because the dealership lot alarms kept going off (as the place was closing). To say it was unpleasant is an understatement. What is worse... I am on the hook to purchase the accessories outside of my car purchase, adding to my purchase price. This is very different from my last purchase from Newburgh Toyota which was very positive. Lesson learned. Don't get wrapped up in seller stories. Don't feel rushed or pressured. Dot the i's, cross the t's. More
