Scammers! Dropped off at newburgh Toyota a 2016 Corolla. Paid $1,085.50 before tax for 4 spark plugs to be installed. That was the fix! All it needed was spark Dropped off at newburgh Toyota a 2016 Corolla. Paid $1,085.50 before tax for 4 spark plugs to be installed. That was the fix! All it needed was spark plugs. They did an air induction kit that probably got thrown out by the technician. I never asked for that service. Ha! 7 hour diagnostic fee at $159 an hour to figure out the car needed spark plugs? I'm sure the tech spent a solid 7 hours working on the car. Classic case of customer getting ripped off. I'm sure there were "high fives" given and the term, "slam-dunk" being said after this job was billed! Great service-writing! Also, they left my car unlocked in their lot with the keys on the floor so I could pick up after service hours. Could have given the keys to the reception in the showroom. Just an idea….Service manager Matt Dreir didn’t return my call. Michael Ford was impossible to get a hold of. They were in possession of my car for three days total for this job. Was told it would be done in 1 day Dropped off late Sunday and picked up Wednesday when they finished. Very vague when they finally explained it needed only spark plugs. They wouldn’t explain justifying the $1,170.50 bill! More

He is very helpful, pleasant, and I enjoyed his upbeat personality. If you had more than 5 star rating I’d chose the higher. This was a pleasant experience from beginning to driving away with my new car. Thank you Eduardo for making this fun. Overall Toyota of Newburgh is a place I’d highly recommend for buying a car. More

BF took car in for oil change, t rotation, inspection. He came back with only positive things to say and said we should review you. Trust me, this is not his usual mo, so you guys made an impression. Afterwa came back with only positive things to say and said we should review you. Trust me, this is not his usual mo, so you guys made an impression. Afterwards we took the car for a drive, I asked him if he cleaned the windshield because it was immaculate, he mentioned the car was also wet when he got it, and it seems you got some road dirt off. What a nice surprise! I’ll be honest, we had reservations about using you guys, usual dealer concerns etc, We came back with total confidence in using your shop again. We feel like the advice was sage, there was no undue pressure, and we got friendly skilled service that went the extra mile. Thank you Newburgh Toyota, you earned our trust. More

Below kbb, 4000$ below the lowest lowball dealer I had most dealers offered me 32-33$ Mgr would not even come out or explain this crazy price. Until I told salesman I’m leaving n going to leave a review- bottom line I told the first guy how much I was offered n what I wanted, sent him pics etc was told they atleast honor kbb maybe more etc. he came out to meet me but once I got there n asked why it was taking so long n where they got crazy low price he stopped responding, mgr finally came ouc dcc t cause I was leaving basically admitted to making up his own prices based on invoice etc was a total idiot - very stressful, long day Total waste of time- More
Airbag recalled and horn worked prior to airbag replacement on Rav 4...Matt Bocchino the service manager claimed they didn't cause issue as it's 15 year old and could go anytime...even if I had vid replacement on Rav 4...Matt Bocchino the service manager claimed they didn't cause issue as it's 15 year old and could go anytime...even if I had video of horning working before I dropped it off, he still said it wouldn't have been caused by the mechanic on swapout as only four screws were taken out to replace part...They wanted $125 to diagnose it...I am going to have a mechanic friend put 12 volts directly to the horn under the hood...if it works then he told me they more than likely did something during airbag replacement on steering wheel assembly to cause it as chances of horn dying out of nowhere is slim to non...if horn works with 12 volts applied then I hope Matt Bocchino would practice service recovery and fix it for no cost to me as I would then have a very good small claims case. I will take it to Toyota regional manager before it comes to that and see if service recovery can take place...I recommend taking recalls to Middletown Toyota...poor experience all around...if I was Newburgh Toyota owner I would have refresher courses on how to practice service recovery and what it entails to all his/her staff.
