Great experience buying CPO 335i I had been looking for a CPO BMW for about 2 years, and I finally found "the one" in late December at Newbold BMW. I live in Nashville, TN, and the sales team at Newbold was very helpful and allowed me to do everything online. When I picked up my new car, everyone there made the process very easy. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and we were done. Braden and Patrick were very helpful and easy to work with, and Braden took extra time to go over everything about the car with me. Pleasantly Surprised I have purchased over 20 vehicles from a VERY reliable Ford Dealer in Southern IL. However, I really really wanted a hardtop convertible luxury car a I have purchased over 20 vehicles from a VERY reliable Ford Dealer in Southern IL. However, I really really wanted a hardtop convertible luxury car and Ford just didn’t have one. BMW had the perfect convertible, but the STL dealers were rude, pushy and not willing to create a relationship. Braden and Patrick at Newbold were different, so I took a chance and purchased from Newbold BMW. I’ve never felt compelled to write a review, but I would not have purchased a SECOND 440xi if I was not over the moon with Newbold’s service. Braden is patient, and knowledgeable; Dave and Blaine always take care of my routine service needs; and Carlos is super knowledgeable ensuring you now how to use all the car’s accessories - the overall experience is EXCELLENT....just like my Ford dealer experience. I look forward to many more purchases. More

new car time! When we thought it was time for a new car, we shopped around a bit but in the end decided to stay with BMW. And Newbold BMW is where we’ve traded bef When we thought it was time for a new car, we shopped around a bit but in the end decided to stay with BMW. And Newbold BMW is where we’ve traded before. We hooked up with Rich, the salesman who had sold us our last car, in mid-December & Rich helped us decide on the model, found the car we ended up buying before it even hit the USA shores and managed to get it to us before Christmas! And Carlos helped us learn all the great new technology before we left the dealership and followed up the next week to see if we had any questions (which we did and he had us come back to resolve those question). Great experience overall & we are enjoying our new car! More

Highly Recommend this Dealership I was a little leery with the way I was initially greeted at the dealership, however... within minutes of meeting Blake Turner (who communicated with I was a little leery with the way I was initially greeted at the dealership, however... within minutes of meeting Blake Turner (who communicated with me through email) I was comfortable and felt welcomed. Blake handled my car purchase with professionalism and was very easy to work with as well. He was also kind and patient with my young son who accompanied me during the sale. I absolutely love my new vehicle and will be happy to recommend Blake to anyone looking for a BMW! Carlos took time to answer all of my questions, programmed many functions for me, and was happy to go over the items most important to me a couple times. He did not rush through the orientation, he has someone come out to make a spot cleaning that was inadvertently missed while we were going over the vehicle features.
