Unfortunately a part was supposed to be ordered and ready and it was not. I came back early from a vacation to drop off my Jeep the night before. The dealership had it all day and the work was never complete and it was not. I came back early from a vacation to drop off my Jeep the night before. The dealership had it all day and the work was never completed. It resulted in me making two unnecessary trips back and forth and having to get a ride. The part is still not in as far as I know and it has been another week. There was also a discrepancy from past service visits and the current one. In addition, a rental car was not available and my warranty allows for one. I am willing to go back so they can make it right but was disappointed in the communication and that the work did not get done. More
