Poor customer service, poor communication wouldn’t recommend to anyone on experience for the way I was treated. The mechanic work isn’t what I’m upset about or the amount it cost. but the way the deal recommend to anyone on experience for the way I was treated. No one could explain to me what was wrong with my vehicle and told me to just read the mechanic notes after my vehicle was fixed because no one could explain it to me in person or they didn’t want to waist their time. The worst customer service ever. If I could have chosen 0 stars I would have and unfortunately I had to choose one star. This dealership had no communications, excuse after excuse, the GM didn't care about getting my car fixed. The finance manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. The service department had the worst communication, never fixed my vehicle and took it to another dodge dealership who actually cared and fixed the 3 issues that Newberg said they couldn.t find anything wrong. The other Dodge dealership found 1 recall and two TSB's. They gave me a rental car in Newberg and it looked like someone was living in it and cords showing on all tires. I would be more than happy if upper management would like to discuss my experience in more detail!! More

A few years ago I would have recommended this service center. At the moment, I found myself complaining to friends and family about it, so that would indicate it isn't a recommendation for now. We rec center. At the moment, I found myself complaining to friends and family about it, so that would indicate it isn't a recommendation for now. We recently had 3 vehicles serviced at Newberg Jeep Ram, and lately I'm getting a vibe that there's been some changeover in the last year and the service team is working to improve sales metrics. At least 2 of the 3 services the shop recommended unnecessary services at a cost of >$500 each that seem to be an upsell attempt. In both cases, the owner's manual doesn't require the maintenance in question and I had been operating the vehicle (including fuels) within the owner's manual spec. I would like to be treated as a customer with a budget first and foremost. If certain service is deemed necessary, I would like the shop to communicate the evidence necessitating it, or present it as a potential option (but isn't necessary). In all cases, it was presented to me as a recommended service, when the reality is that it isn't needed. Please change this behavior and improve communication between the shop and service managers. I would prefer a real conversation with the person responsible for the service and care of my vehicle, and know that they are treating me as person who doesn't want to use his budget towards unnecessary jobs.
