Regrettably, multiple reports from our team recount an unsettling experience during your visit including instances of anger, profanity, threats, and raised voices in the Service Drive were observed, prompting us to reassess our ongoing business relationship. We value transparency and acknowledge that we honored your expired coupon, providing a $75 discount on a $500 or more service. However, we are disheartened by the online reviews, indicating a lack of awareness regarding the service cost you had authorized beforehand. Professionalism is crucial to resolving conflicts amicably, and we believe that maintaining a courteous demeanor during your visit would have facilitated a more positive outcome. Bob, your feedback left out some crucial backstory information for the general public. You had your vehicle towed in to our service drive after you replaced your own ignition module and needed us to program 2 keys that you provided. Unfortunately, the keys that you provided did not communicate with the module that was installed. We informed you that you needed different OEM keys, and that we would be happy to program them for you. You were upset with our response, and towed your vehicle out rather than have it fixed
