avoid at all costs. ben cloud and mark chance at price toyota were absolutely horrendous. they showed me a jeep before it was even maintained by their service center. wh ben cloud and mark chance at price toyota were absolutely horrendous. they showed me a jeep before it was even maintained by their service center. when i had a third-party mechanic inspect it, the report showed major issues — and ben was willing to sell me that car without mentioning any of it. i’m so glad i checked. they made it seem like fixing the issues was a favor to me and claimed they couldn’t lower the price because of those repairs. instead, they tried to scam me by adding extras i never asked for, saying they “were already on the car” and i had to pay for them so they wouldn’t “lose money.” they even jacked up the price and tried to frame it as a deal by “honoring” the old sticker amount. communication was slow (hours between responses) and they refused to work with me. i’m a trusting person, but they took advantage of that — so i walked away. always get a third-party inspection if you’re buying used, and honestly, save yourself the trouble and avoid price toyota entirely. More

I have been bringing my Prius to Newark Toyota for over a decade..I have had Dave Ferguson as my contact for the last few years. He is great to work with, explains what is supposed to happen and then calls t decade..I have had Dave Ferguson as my contact for the last few years. He is great to work with, explains what is supposed to happen and then calls to explain any new issues and what the suggested fix and cost is. The techs take photos to show the problem. Dave always tries to help keep the cpsts down, too. Of course I still end up spending more than I expected each visit but what do you expect with a 13 year old car. I would recommend them especially Dave to any Toyota owner. More
