I don't have the time for this, but people need warned. I took my 1999 PA Classic plated Toyota Solara to them for oil leak and other items if needed. I supplied the ONLY oil this car has had in it since 2005. The brand is Swepco and it is purple in color. When time came for me to check the oil, it was clear/amber brown in color. Both svc mgr Jason C & shop mgr David W swore multiple times that I'm blind & the oil wasn't switched. I sent an oil sample into Polaris Labs and they confirmed that additives that were in that sample, are NOT a part of the Swepco additive package. Contacted VP of Ops Mike C and he never responded, a clear sign of guilt. Spoke to my attorney & while you can smell their crap oil burning, I can't prove damage, and am sunk! I spent around $6,000.00 for this shop visit and was lied to and cheated. So, not sure they did any of the work, no trust ever for these thief's. Just find another shop....or more honestly, they are all as hideous as Newark Toyota World? I cut them slack years before when they sold my daughter a Ford Focus that had the highest NTSB warning recall ( not allowed on any American car lot ) but they sold it to her anyway. Lost 2 transmissions in 1 month on 95 & PA turnpike 76, If you like you safely & honest dealers, this ain't the place to take ANY vehicle. Just the truth facts here. More
The staff is friendly knowledgeable and helpful. . I was very surprised at the short amount of time it took to complete the service. The price is affordable and I was completely satisfied. I am confident of the quality of the work. It has always been top notch. But the dealership seems to be cutting the amenities. First the donuts & bagels went -- understandably when covid struc It has always been top notch. But the dealership seems to be cutting the amenities. First the donuts & bagels went -- understandably when covid struck. Then the newspaper. Now TV viewing is limited to running Toyota service commercial and a lame quiz?? show. 3 1/2 hours in xxxx. They take good care of my car but me not so much. More
The prices here have been the most affordable based on other service shops and there are always great service specials. I have brought my car in for multiple oil changes and just recently had brakes repla other service shops and there are always great service specials. I have brought my car in for multiple oil changes and just recently had brakes replaced and have been impressed every time. They work so efficiently, keep you updated throughout the service, and even arrange rides to and from the service center. It is incredibly convenient, I've worked with Jamar a few times and he remembered me and the services needed for my car. I always feel comfortable there and never pressured to make unneeded changes. I was nervous when I moved a handful of months ago about finding another good service center and I'm so glad I found Newark Toyota. More

My recent experience with Newark Toyota World's Service department was most satisfactory. Service advisor Dave Ferguson quickly inspected the broken seat panel and assured me that it would be taken care o department was most satisfactory. Service advisor Dave Ferguson quickly inspected the broken seat panel and assured me that it would be taken care of under warranty, but he cautioned me that the part might take a while to come in. It came in the very next day instead, and I was able to have a minor outstanding recall item taken care of in the same visit. Dave's easy demeanor and utter professionalism made what could have been a trying interaction a walk in the park. I couldn't be more satisfied. More
