I came in with being credit challenged and didn't have much faith in getting financed for anything. We worked with Sussy as well as Mike. Both who made you feel relaxed and no pressure. I answered a few questions. After that Mike said it would take a couple minutes. So while they were working on seeing what inventory would be a good fit. My girlfriend and I walked the lot looking at different trucks we were interested in. (Side note: the amount of good quality inventory was very impressive. With multiple 1/2's, 3/4's and 1 ton's trucks choose from. From each of the top three - Ford, Chevy, and Dodge) After we looked over the trucks. We returned to the office. Mike was able to let me know what trucks would work for what I was wanting. I was able to get a great deal on a truck.(they give you a up to date car(CLEAN) fax- plus the peace of mind that New Wave stands behind the cars/trucks they sell no matter the price. Each vehicle leaves their lot with the same warranty on the engine and drivetrain. When all said and done I was able to trade in my car. Which Mike paid it off which was more then blue book. (BIG THANKS on at) and didnt pull the car salesmen trick.......see nothing up this sleeve..........then dump that amount right back in on the new deal. I couldn't be happier with how our whole buying experience at New Wave. You arrive and instantly feel you are among friends and leave feeling like family.
