FRAUD ALERT! !! If you’re looking to spend countless hours away from work or family, and often enjoy throwing your money out the window, and especially if you like !! If you’re looking to spend countless hours away from work or family, and often enjoy throwing your money out the window, and especially if you like being held hostage until you do as your told- then this is the dealership for you! You can expect to get scammed out of your money, by the lowesr grade of used car salesman, on a vehicle that won’t pass emissions and service contracts that NEW WAVE treats as if written on a napkin instead of a legal contract. To sum up: $3000 down payment taken from me with refund, check engine light came on day two, failed emissions day 4, total of 9 different trips down to dealership to get required repairs done without any being completed, 270 miles driven in 45 days just to dealership for repairs that never got completed, 22 hours spent in total in their dealership waiting for repairs, pressured to sign things you don’t want to, and alll so they can come tow the vehicle away without notice (not due to my fault). So again if you like getting bent over and done nasty like a truck stop bathroom, then new wave is the place to buy your next car. More
