This dealership is amazing! I actually walked in the place after just shedding a lot of tears at five previous dealerships just that day. I just kept getting bad news after bad I actually walked in the place after just shedding a lot of tears at five previous dealerships just that day. I just kept getting bad news after bad news and nobody was willing to work with me and getting me into a car until I came to New Wave. I worked with Josh, actually he worked with me 🤣, tirelessly and promised he'd get me into something good. He was right, even if i didn't believe him the whole way through. Both Josh and Warren stayed over 2.5 hours after closing because they knew how badly i needed a car. Josh was extremely personable, kind, assuring, patient, and all around just a great dude from what i saw. He told me that he quit his job selling cars where he was only paid commission because it made him feel like a crook. I used to feel the same way about car salesman that I do about lawyers and Josh completely changed my mind about all that. The sales people here do not work on commission. They want you to come back, they've no reason to steer you wrong. I noticed one minor thing that needed work on it the next day. Josh assured me that we would get it in for an alignment , no worries free of charge. They also have an automatic warranty on the car that is actually very good. Powertrain warranty. If anything needs fixed it's only $100 out of pocket for me. After the horrible day I have getting turned down everywhere I'm happy to say that I am driving a car that I absolutely love and I could not have done it without the help of Josh and Warren!
