I bought a car they didn’t pay the Gap insurance that they charged me for which left me owing the remaining balance because their business practices were not legit. I am trying to save a lot of frustration, money, big waste of your time, and disappointment. I bought a 2006 Cadillac DTS, had a crack windshield but dealer said if I buy it, they will replace the windshield, so I bought the vehicle and they set a time for a Saturday at 9am which I was there on time and they said they had to reschedule due to the weather. So, I drove off and that day it started to snow so I finally got to use my heater to find out the heater didn’t work, and the engine light came on and started to leak oil. WOW!!! I texted my sale guy and told him about the heater not working, engine light, and oil leak. He said to bring the car Monday at 8am and to drive the car on the highway and the engine light would go off, so I drove it on the highway all weekend and the light did go off. Took my car back on Monday at 8am, I told the sale guy I am borrowing my family’s car so how long would it take? He said should be a day or so!!!! 8 days later – 7 calls – 9 text messages and still was left in the unknown the whole time. Felt like I was bugging everyday to get some type of feedback on what is wrong, did they find the problem, total lack of communication on their part. Every time I finally got to speak with someone, they said its going to be looked at, we are at the mechanic mercy, we will call you back. Finally, 8 days later I call and told them “I understand thing happen, but I been using a family member car for 8 days and I am getting frustrated, my family wants their car back – I have a job, grocery to buy, single dad – I need my car” So they call me 4 hours later and said the car is ready. Finally got my car and the windshield was replaced but the whole car looked like it been parked in the mud – couldn’t see out the window, mud was on the carpet and grease on the steering wheel and seat. WOW! I left it with a full tank of gas and picked up with it almost empty. WHAT DO YOU KNOW THE HEATER STILL NOT WORKING AND OIL STILL LEAKING!!!!!!!! So pretty much they kept my car 8 days just to replace the windshield and kept it parked in the mud. LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO BACK TO THEM. “What comes around, always goes around” remember that. More
