I went to get a new key for my Rav4 over 5 months ago. They claimed their machine broke and they would mail me a key. I followed up with a phone call and email and got no response. I called again 2 months after I was "supposed" to receive the key. Alex told me they would get to it right away and mail it to me. Well that was 3 months ago. I called back yesterday and they weren't concerned with my issue. Told me a manager would call me back... so far no one has called me. The worst part is I paid for this key 5 1/2 months ago and never got it!!! I'm still waiting for even a response from anyone. This is the worst service I've ever received from a Toyota dealer. More
The dealership has been "waiting" on a part for my wife's RAV4 for something like five weeks now. They claim that Covid is the cause of the delay and have offered her a loaner car. I'm in manufacturing and we aren't seeing shortages of parts. She is using my Tacoma as a backup right now and I am shortly going to replace my GMC Acadia Denali as a company car but Toyota sure isn't going to get a shot at selling it!!! More
