Great experience!!!! I have bought a lot of Toyotas in the last few years. This was the absolute best experience I've had. The salesman Denny Braoadwater went above and I have bought a lot of Toyotas in the last few years. This was the absolute best experience I've had. The salesman Denny Braoadwater went above and beyond to get my wife and I the Tundra and Sienna we wanted. In fact, the biggest reason we bought our vehicles from New Holland instead of another dealership was because of Denny. He worked hard to satisfy us and was very friendly and very professional. There is a Toyota dealer 5 minutes from my house, but I will gladly take the time to go to New Holland again, and I will urge all of my friends to do the same. Thanks again, Steve and Bobbi. Us against the customer mentality throuhout Service department is staffed by inexperienced and very rude and condescending people who have no idea how to assess problems and I was refused a serv Service department is staffed by inexperienced and very rude and condescending people who have no idea how to assess problems and I was refused a service advisor to look at a unusual problem involving a windshield component. After being told I needed to make an appointment with "The Water Doctor" I was forced to take the car to Del Toyota in Thorndale, PA where the problem was immediately looked at by a service advisor and repaired in 10 minutes. The part in question had nothing to do with sealing out water. An attempt to explain this to a mechanic at New Holland Toyota, who boasted he had 15 years experience, was received with the most unsatisfactory customer service encounter I've ever experienced. I subsequently received a very half hearted apology from "John" who said he was the service manager. Where he was when he was needed is anyone's guess!!! More

Since we never before visited this dealership, Ben took extra time to give us the overview of place including the service area...wow, those mechanics keep their space very clean. When it came time to discuss the details, I believe Ben truly listened to our concerns and wanted to get us the car we decided upon at the best deal he and the sales manager could deliver. This is our first buying experience with New Holland Toyota. We are hoping the service is as good as the other reviews we?ve read.
