Service department came through! I had issues with my Audi A6 where the engine light came on. I took it to New Country Audi and they fixed the problem, but the issue came back.. I worked with David Delaney, the service director, who PERSONALLY contacted me and ensured me that the issue would be resolved, and that that my total satisfaction was of utmost importance to him. I was provided a loaner vehicle while they debugged the issue and ultimately fixed my car.. New Country Audi service department can be counted on. An auto is only as good as their service department! Stellar Sales Experience Despite expectations of pretentious attitudes and overinflated prices, we gave the local Greenwich dealership a shot, and boy were we pleasantly surpr Despite expectations of pretentious attitudes and overinflated prices, we gave the local Greenwich dealership a shot, and boy were we pleasantly surprised! Our salesman, Carlos greeted us with a kind-natured smile and laid back demeanor as he asked us if we were familiar with the Audi brand. Upon sharing that we last owned a 2010 A4, he set the sales pitch aside and enlightened us on the major changes between 2010 and today. His knowledge of our older model was impressive. It very quickly became obvious that it was important to him to match the brand with a customer rather than just sell a car. He listened to our needs and desire for a certain type of seat and ride quality and suggested a trim level that he felt would best suit us. There was absolutely no pressure to buy before or after the test drive. And he made it clear that if we weren't ready to commit that day but liked the car, that he was available at any time for follow up questions or concerns. At no time did we feel obligated, and best of all, felt in control of the situation. After careful consideration, we did end up leasing an A4, and were again surprised at the ease of negotiating a price.  For the negotiation part, Carlos introduced us to the Sales Manager, Rob Moskowitz. Another genuinely friendly guy. We joked around with each other, we made a reasonable offer, and Rob took it from there. He actually beat our price by a few dollars! That was a first! We'd also like to add that he went above and beyond to get us the best deal on our trade-in, even after we had agreed on a value but asked if he could do a little bit better. He did! Upon delivery, both Carlos and Rob checked in with us to make sure that everything was going to our expectation and satisfaction. They introduced us to Mohamed Latif, Finance Manager, who actually made the financial paperwork process fun. He was so personable and friendly and took the time to fully explain in simple terms everything we were signing. And like with Carlos, we felt no sales pressure when he informed us of the various protection plans available for our new A4. We ended up with two as he explained the value.  Overall, it was such a positive leasing experience. The only downside is that we have to wait another 3 plus years to do it all again! Thank you Carlos, Rob, and Mohamed ~ we are enjoying our new A4! More
