We originally leased our cars from Greenwich Audi but went to another Audi dealer 5 years ago, When our current lease was coming due on our A6, we decided to start our search for a new lease by again visiting Audi Greenwich. First of all, the facility had been renovated since our last visit and made it easy to look for a new Audi. We were assigned to work with Gabrielle Parenti. From the moment we met her, the experience was so positive that we never made it to the other dealer. She was a great listener so she did not waste our time trying to sell us something out of our interest. She was extremely knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and we finally settled on the new A4. Additionally, she stuck by our side during the entire turning in and new lease process to make sure the paperwork was efficiently handled. When we picked up the new Audi A4, she spent a lot of time explaining all the features especially the navigation system. Since leasing the A4, we have followed up with Gabrielle on several items and she has always responded in a timely fashion. More
