Enter Gabrielle at New Country, who showed me the SQ5 and then worked hard to find the exact car I was looking for, which wasn't as easy as it may sound because there were only 3 with those specs in the whole country. The car was shipped earlier than estimated, so I was able to have it before Christmas which was great. Gabrielle is passionate about the Audis, that is very clear and her knowledge of the SQ5 was very helpful in not only my decision making but her excitement was contagious! The buying experience (day of transaction) was smooth, prompt and informative. Because of my schedule and at my request, the introduction to the car's features in the delivery area was more abbreviated than usual, but the handover covered all of the important technical aspects of the car and more. Great experience in overall! More

Lied and stranded us 2000 miles from home The salesman was very attentive until he had the deposit, after he had our money he would take his time answering questions. We specifically asked about mechanical concerns and he said the car passed their safety inspection. He assured us that it was a sound car. We told him we would be flying 1900 miles to get the car and that we would then drive it back so we needed to be sure it would make the trip. Besides being a long trip, I am 6-months pregnant, so we didn’t want any mechanical failures. He assured us over and over that it was a great car, so we got on a plane. The dealership did sent a lot attendant to pick us up from the airport, which was an hour away, and that was very appreciated. Upon arriving at the dealership we went out to look at the car. My first impression was that the inside hadn’t been cleaned even though we were told it had a full detail. There were leaves, dirt and food crumbs in the console not to mention general dirt and grime all over the inside. We popped the hood and there was an obvious power steering fluid leak. The salesman got the “service manager” to have him talk to us, so we showed him the leak. In talking to him, it became obvious that he does not know even basic vehicle maintenance. He asked where the power steering pump was! Under the car was where we found the nightmare. There was oil leaking down the bell housing, indicating a substantial oil leak. The salesman and service manager acted like we were lying to get a better price. I told them that we were not going to buy the car. All that was said was “ok”. They didn’t offer to give us a ride to the airport, a hotel, or even a nearby restaurant. We no longer existed to them and we were stranded 1900 miles from home, based on their assurances. Had we taken the car, there is a high probability that the oil leak would have resulted in a blown engine. Within 3 hours, they had the car on their website with a $1000 drop on price. The person who buys that car is buying a lemon and the dealership knows it. The lack of ethics, helpfulness, and basic decency astounds me. More

Scheduled appointment to determine why light was on in car, turned out to be a major issue apparently common to this model and year and incredibly exp Scheduled appointment to determine why light was on in car, turned out to be a major issue apparently common to this model and year and incredibly expensive to repair. The evaluation took about 3 hours at which time they needed a few more hours of diagnostic fees to be sure of the issue. So at this point you would be in about $500. to find out what is wrong and this amount would not be credited to a repair. Given there are several class action suits regarding this exact repair I would think this large service department might have been able to determine more promptly and for a reasonable amount of money. That said, Ken is a great service person with his hands tied it seems. I could tell he was doing his best but it did take over 4 hours to get a ball park estimate for a repair I know is commonplace. I wasted half a day just waiting. Again, I do not blame Ken at all, in fact, he is a true asset to the team as are the very pleasant staff. More

I went in with my husband looking for a specific colored certified pre-owned Q5 which Audi of Greenwich had in stock, and from there, the process of test driving then purchasing my car was excellent! Noel brought us out for a test drive, answered all my questions, was easy to talk to, and made my car buying experience wonderful and pain free! Thank you Noel for your excellent customer service! We highly recommend working with this salesman to anyone who is looking! More
